David is a commercial litigator with over 20 years’ experienc e of advising in relation to complex commercial disputes. He has particular expertise in respect of banking and securities litigation, joint venture, shareholder and partnership disputes.
David is also amongst the small group of solicitors who are dual qualified as licensed insolvency practitioners, securing his licence in 1994. He has advised extensively on a wide-range of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters of both a corporate and a personal nature. His clients include creditors, debtors, company directors and office-holders, often in the creative industries. David has advised on numerous business and asset sales by Administrators and Liquidators, acting for both the seller and the buyer. This has included sales of chains of retail shops, motor trade and internet businesses.
David also advises clients on general commercial issues, including shareholder and joint venture agreements, terms of business, corporate governance issues and solvent asset sales, often in the creative industries. |
